Free spirit Dylan Jewell appreciates the delightful universe of women who vie for his attention. His goal in life is to do good, make happy coffee, and help the homeless.

Their chemistry is white hot, but Dylan refuses to play Carina’s game, unable to understand how he can fall in love with a woman who puts profits in front of people. In Rachelle Ayala's author blurb below it says she writes stories featuring "strong but flawed characters". I don't think I could say it better if I tried. I found myself really drawn into Carina & Dylan's story... but I wished I could reach into the book just so I could shake some sense into Carina. I realize she's young (she turns 21 in the middle of the story) but I just have real trouble accepting that she could be so professionally brilliant while being so personally clueless. Although I suppose it's a case of being book smart but naive about life. That said... I really did like Carina & Dylan together. I found myself routing right from the beginning the the straight-laced rule making Carina, and the carefree relaxed Dylan would somehow meet in the middle.
