Dr. Seuss Family Festival @ The Morris Museum

Saturday, March 4, 10 am - 4 pm

Cat in the Hat fans are invited to visit the museum for Currier’s Magical Mania. The fun, lively and interactive program will be led by a familiar cat who causes all types of mischief. The show features a Seussology game show, a Seussology dance party and a tongue-twisting rhyme time. Shows at 11am and 1:30pm.

Visitors with special needs are welcome to experience the museum and special activities early, from 10:00am-11:30am.

Admission $10 adults, $7 kids, $12 Seussology


Aesop's Bops! with Storyteller David Gonzalez @ SOPAC

Fast-paced, funny, and packed with audience participation, Aesop Bops! features a potpourri of Aesop’s classic stories including The Lion and the Mouse, The Fisherman and His Wife, and The Turtle’s Shell. This feast of funky, physical storytelling leaves young audiences feeling like they had just performed the show too! Aesop Bops! rocks, and rolls out the red carpet – inviting kids to join in the fun.

Maple Sugaring Festival @ Great Swamp OEC

March 4, Noon - 4 pm

Celebrate the peak of the maple sugaring season with this annual Festival. ‘Hike through Maple Sugaring History,’ on the trails, eat delicious maple syrup snow cones, participate in a syrup taste-test, and more. Rain or shine.

$4 per person
