Disney on Ice Presents Frozen

Treat the family to Disney On Ice's Frozen. Be part of Anna's adventure to find her sister, Queen Elsa, whose icy powers trapped the kingdom in an eternal winter. Join Olaf, Kristoff and Sven as they encounter wintry conditions and mystical trolls in a race to bring back summer.

Hosted by Mickey and Minnie, your whole family will sing along to unforgettable music and be delighted with special appearances by the Disney Princesses, Woody, Buzz, Dory and more.

Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back with New Jersey Symphony Orchestra

Saturday, January 5th - 3 pm & 8 pm

Star Wars and the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra join forces for Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in concert, featuring the iconic movie on the big screen with the NJSO performing John Williams’ legendary score live.

After the destruction of the Death Star, the Empire has regrouped—with Darth Vader leading the hunt for Luke Skywalkers.

Snowshoe Sundays

Pyramid Mountaint, Montville

Sunday, January 6th - 1 pm

Get outside and active this winter, and experience the unique and exhilarating sport of snowshoeing! Enjoy a guided trek exploring the beautiful winter scenery and looking for signs of wildlife - all while getting a great workout. No experience is necessary. Please call in advance regarding conditions.

If you already know how to snowshoe or want to venture out on your own, various sizes, including children’s, are available for one-day rental and use at Pyramid Mountain NHA. You must be 18 years or older to rent shoes, and a photo ID or rental deposit of $10/pair per day by cash is required. Shoes can be rented between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., and must be returned by 4 pm the same day.

Frelinghuysen Arboretum

Spend some family fun time playing Garden-opoly, Plant Scrabble, life-sized Chess, and Garden Bingo Challenge to win prizes.

Sing Along “Grease”

Mayo Performing Arts Center

Sunday, January 6th - 3 pm

40 years after its initial release in 1978, Grease hits the big screen at MPAC. Enjoy this classic movie musical starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, based on the popular Broadway music. Sing along to your favorite songs including “Summer Nights,” “Greased Lightning” and “Hopelessly Devoted to You.”  Whether you’ve never seen it or seen it 100 times, Grease still is the word!
