Teddy Bear Tea

Saturday, January 12th - 11 am & 1:30 pm

Morris Museum

The little ones, and their bears, will love a break from the colder weather with scrumptious treats and a magic performance with circus flair in the Bickford Theatre.

Each child will receive a remembrance of the day. Perfect for families with children ages 3 – 8, this event offers a great opportunity for a winter-themed family photo.

Ages 3-8

The Phantom Tollbooth

Saturday, January 12th, 2 pm


Classic children's story The Phantom Tollbooth takes the stage at SOPAC. One day a mysterious tollbooth appears in Milo’s room and having nothing better to do, he drives his toy car through it.

To his astonishment and increasing delight, he finds himself in a peculiar new world and on an eventful and dangerous quest. While on his magical journey, Milo discovers the delights of friendship, curiosity and knowledge and finds out that with a little bit of courage, anything is possible.

Winter Waterfowl Walk

Saturday, January 12th, 10 am - 12 pm

Liberty State Park

Liberty State Park is a key destination for migrating winter waterfowl. Join us for a guided walk along the river to learn about some of these winter visitors.

Dress to be outdoors and bring binoculars if you have them. Some binoculars will be available to borrow.

The walk begins at the Park Office located at 200 Morris Pesin Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305 and then continue around Liberty State Park. This program is appropriate for adults and families with children ages 5 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.

Pre-registration is required and space is limited.


Pinkalicious: The Musical

A girl finds herself in a colorful predicament after her indulgence in too many pink cupcakes causes a severe case of Pinkititis.
