New Jersey Jackals 90’s Night
Yogi Berra Stadium, Montclair
Saturday, August 10th - 6 pm
Come celebrate everyone's favorite decade with the New Jersey Jackals as they host 90's Night while taking on the 2018 Can-am League Champion Sussex County Miners.
Break out the flannel shirts and rock out to your favorite 90's grunge and rock hits performed live by Flannel Jam and to enjoy acoustic covers of Top 40 songs from Bill Ruddy.
The first 1,000 fans will receive a Jack the Jackal Bobblehead and don't forget to stick around after the game as spectacular fireworks ignite the sky above Yogi Berra Stadium. Gates open at 4:35 pm and first pitch is at 6:05 pm.

Greenberg’s Great Train & Toy Show

All aboard the largest and long-running model train collectible toy show in the country. The show boasts huge operating model train displays.

Museum of Early Trades & Crafts: Sweet Treats Camp
August 14th & 15th - 10 am - 2 pm
Bring your sweet tooth as we explore favorite sweet treats from the 19th century and today! Join us as we make cookies cutters, try some simple baking, melt chocolate and more! This program is ideal for campers entering Grades 1 through 4. Registration is required for this event. Register here.

Thursday, August 15th - 10 - 11 am
Come on out to Liberty State Park and get up close and personal with the monarch butterfly. Visitors will learn all about the life cycle, feeding habits, and migration journey of this amazing little insect.
There will also be a story and a craft to make and take home.
The program will begin at the blue picnic tables located at the Green Park Picnic Area on Freedom Way, Jersey City. Please be sure to dress to be outdoors, and if it is a hot day, sunscreen and water are recommended.
This FREE program is recommended for ages 4 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program. Visit the website for more information.
