Weight for Me Monday - Slow progress is still progress

I hopped on the scale this morning to be greeted by the little flashing numbers telling me I made it to 179.5 lbs.  And let me tell you... it's ridiculously satisfying to move from the 180s to the 170s.  Tiny steps in weight loss are still happy little steps.

If I could just steal energy from these 2... I think I could work off the weight in 1/2 the time.  As it is... they exhaust me.  I need to get my exercise on!
