Weight for Me Monday - slow go

This morning the scale read 181 lbs.  That's 1.5 pounds down from last Tuesday. I'm not really surprised... since I knew I really over did it over Memorial Weekend.  (Um... one does not have any reason to eat 3 S'mores and then have a coffee milkshake after the kids have gone to bed. ahem.) Moderation, people.  I completely and totally believe that it is all about moderation.

Lots of veggies.  Lots of water.  And lots of moderation (because I REFUSE to give up ice cream).
