Weight for Me Monday - Really
I've been sitting here trying to decide what to write this week. Nothing stands out as being exceptionally great or horrible about how I did this week. Or, well... I suppose that isn't really true. I did really well with getting in my water.
I did really badly with trying out any of the menu suggestions from the #40DaysToFit menu (sorry Christie... I told you I'm a horrible menu follower).
I did really well with sticking with healthy snacks.
I did REALLY well with filling my belly on Mother's Day (thanks to my sister-in-law's mom... the food was De-li-cious! So, um... how bad for your diet is eggplant parmigiano? Because, oh. my. goodness. it was yummy.)
On the bright side... this morning the scale read 183.5 lbs. So, I'm down 1 pound from last week. Not too bad on the weight front.
