Four of My Favorite Things...

1.  I love my Keurig.  LOVE.  Can't live without.  When the new Keurig 2.0 machines were released I was given one by the lovely people at Keurig.  I haven't had a reason to use the 5 cup carafe yet.  But... I'm thinking the next couple snow days could give me reason to use it.  And my favorite coffee blend right now is the Green Mountain Coffee Autumn Harvest Blend.  It's a limited edition that comes out in the Fall.  I bought a few boxes this year to keep it around but it looks like it's still available now.  :)

2.  I was given some of Salma Hayek's Nuance Foaming Face Wash at an event last year (I can't for the life of me remember when or where).  I've been using it for the last month and have to say I love it.  It's oxygen activated, so it squirts out of the pump in liquid form... and then as you rub it around your face it foams up.  If you leave it on your face for a bit you can feel all of the little bubbles foaming up.  It has an amazing rich satiny feel.  It just feels luxurious.  And I love the light scent... which I believe comes from mimosa, blue agave, camapu & prickly pear extracts.  It's also all of these good things: Hypoallergenic. Paraben free. Noncomedogenic. Dermatologist tested. Not tested on animals. Gluten free.

3.  I received a pair of genuine pearl button earrings from Pearl & Clasp.  They have such a simple classy look.  Pearls always make me think of class and sophistication.  They were the perfect earrings to make our casual New Year's Eve a little bit dressy.  They're a little big... so I wouldn't wear them for every day.  But they'll be my go to earrings for evenings out.  Ana saw them and immediately wanted them for her own.  They're also available in black and pink... so I'm thinking we made need a couple more pair in the jewel box.

4.  We've been savoring a collection of Lindt chocolates in their new New York City packages.  They are thoroughly decadent.  If you can make it into one of the shops, you can actually create your own assortment in the 75 piece gift bag.  My absolutely favorite is the caramel truffle.  SO SMOOTH & CREAMY.  (I'd definitely fill my bag with those.) The collection is available at the two Lindt Chocolate Shops in mid-town Manhattan, located at 692 5th Avenue and 665 5th Avenue. For other news from Lindt, like the company's Facebook page or follow Lindt on Twitter.
