Stuffed Animal Sleepover

Museum of Early Trades & Crafts,

March 31 @ 4 pm

Teddy bears and other stuffed critters are invited to one of the museum's most popular programs for kids. Children can bring their favorite plush pal for an afternoon of crafts, treats and bedtime stories. Afterward, they'll tuck their friend in for the night. Families return on Saturday to see what hi-jinks the animals got into during their overnight stay.

6th Annual Spring Model Railroad Show

Saturday, April 1 & Sunday, April 2, 1 - 5 pm

The Garden State Model Railway Club opens its doors to the public just twice a year, in the spring and fall. This special exhibit features a 1,200-square foot HO layout, steam and diesel locomotives, Thomas and Friends, numerous freight and passenger trains, rural and urban scenes, and working signals.

Short Stories is kicking off a brand-new storytime at Short Stories.

Each week they'll read books that explore a different theme. This week the theme is SILLY (after all, it's April Fool's Day!). Starting with Lane Smith's very silly The Happy Hocky Family, and get even sillier from there.

All kids 3+ (with their grown-ups) are invited!
