Mendham Annual Labor Day Carnival

East Main Street & Mountain Avenue, Mendham

Friday, August 31 - Monday, September 3 - various times

Enjoy rides, games, food and festivities Friday through Sunday evening, plus daytime Monday, at this annual Labor Day weekend festival. On Monday, watch the Mendham Labor Day Parade as it marches up on Main Street on Monday, ending at Borough Field, followed by the carnival, raffles and a fireworks show at 9pm.

Boonton Fire Department Carnival

Friday, August 31 - Sunday, September 2 - various times

100 Washington Street, Boonton

Enjoy rides, games, live music, scrumptious fair food, and fireworks at 10pm Sunday. Make it a fun weekend with family and friends, and say farewell to summer in a memorable way. 

On Saturday, the 127-year-old Boonton Fire Department will participate in a parade that begins at 1:30pm sharp and delights the crowd that lines up along Main Street. Rain date is Monday, September 3.

Ride bracelets available for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

St. Bartholomew/UNICO Italian Festival

Friday, August 31 - Monday, September 3 - various times

Perhaps the best kept secret in NJ is the traditional Annual Labor Day Italian Feast, an annual tradition honoring San Nicola di Bari, the patron saint of the town of Montazzoli, Italy, since 1974. The feast is a great family event and has something for everyone to enjoy.

There is nightly live music, rides, games, and delicious food, including favorites like pizza, pasta, zeppoles, clams, mussels, and calzones. In addition, there are nightly 50/50 drawings and a super 50/50 raffle on Monday.

Friday through Sunday, 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Monday 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
