Classes:

9:30 - 11:30 am - Ages 6-8 years old

12:30 - 2:30 pm - 9-12 years old

Kids will make bruschetta, pasta, trifles and more!

Mini Camps

9 am - 4 pm

Each camp features science-based activities, crafts, projects, animal presentations, and investigations that feature Zoo Animals and support our mission of conservation and stewardship. Camps are for ages 5-10 and require advanced registration and payment.

Morris Museum

LENAPE FAMILY DAY Saturday, November 12, 11 am–4 pm

Long before New Jersey was known for its malls and highways, the state was inhabited by the Lenape Indians. John Kraft, the creator and director of Lenape Lifeways, will give presentations that focus on the culture of the Lenape Indians. Mr. Kraft uses authentic and recreated objects to teach about Lenape masks, clothing, musical instruments, and tools. Museum activities will also include:

Interactive storytelling of Native American legends “Wampum” beading Lenape inspired crafts Native games FREE FOR MEMBERS NONMEMBERS: $7/CHILD, $10/ADULT

Teddy Bear Picnic @ Museum of Early Trades and Crafts

Monday, November 14, 4 - 5 pm

Bring your teddy bear to the Teddy Bear Picnic and celebrate National Teddy Bear Day! Gather around the Museum Educator and listen to teddy bear stories. Take part in a fun teddy bear craft. Enjoy yummy teddy bear treats and an afternoon of teddy bear fun! For children ages 3-6. Registration for this event is REQUIRED!
